All trade entry, exit and trade management is fully automated, as opposed to signal generation, which is essentially discretionary trading in which you are watching an indicator and then deciding whether or not to take the indicator signals. For a full list of BWT Precision Autotrader features go here. The BWT Precision Autotrader has been under development and refined for more than ten years. Technology and the market are in a constant and dynamic state of change. The BWT team is always striving to improve our software as we learn new ideas, technologies, and improved trading skills.
What Markets and Time frames will it work?
The system is universal and will work in any liquid market (Futures, Forex, Stocks, Commodities, ETF’s…) The system will also work well in many time frames, provided that they are tradeable. Some time frames in some markets are not suitable. For example a 1, 10 or 20 tick chart in the Emini SP would not be suitable.
What Platforms will it work?
Below is an overview of all automated systems we offer:
We have 4 different Automated Trading Systems:

This version has the most features, trade filters, functionality and ability to trade many different Markets using the BWT Trend Logic. Templates and settings are provided. You must decide which markets you will trade and some tweaking or adjustment of parameters may be required. Observation of trading performance with settings you decide to use before trading live is recommended.
2. BWT Precision Auto Trader for Tradestation
This version uses the same logic as Ninja Trader, but is easier to use . It DOES NOT have all of the functionality of the NinjaTrader Version, such as the BWT Trade Manager manual interface, there is no Graphical Interface, like the Ninjatrader version, and there is not as many parameters for fine tuning, filters etc. Templates and settings are provided. You must decide which markets you will trade and some tweaking or adjustment of parameters may be required.
3. BWT Benchmark Strategy for Tradestation
This version trades only the EMini S&P and does not require any tweaking, or customizing settings. It is a true “set and forget” system. You can put it on your chart and start trading.
4. BWT Precision Auto Trader for MultiCharts
This version is similar to the Tradestation Precision Autotrader, but in the MultiCharts platform. BWT is NOT offered in MutiCharts.NET.
Templates and settings are provided. You must decide which markets you will trade and some tweaking or adjustment of parameters may be required.
How Much Capital Should I have to Trade ?
Trading of any kind has risk. You should only trade with “Risk Capital” which is money you can afford to lose. The recommended margin for trading BWT for one eMini SP and most other contracts is minumum $5,000 for a single contract, more is better for psychological reasons. Trading one contract per $10,000 is better because your drawdown will be one half of you account size, for example: If you lose $500 that is only 5% of a $10,000 account, where it is 10% of a $5,000 account. Use of Margin in futures should always be respected.
Is there a free trial?
We do not offer a trial for the BWT Autotrader because the large number of trials that would be requested would not allow time to train and support our paying customers. Trials are offered for the BWT Precision Indicators at $495 for 2 weeks, which can be credited towards the full indicator package or autotrader purchase, if completed within 30 days of the trial.
What kind of Support is provided?
